Shirley Chauvin and the new little big band S'Wonderful bring a swingin' musical experience, with emphasis on the songs made famous by the great big-band vocalists of the 1940s through the 1970s such as Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughn, Peggy Lee and Billie Holiday. And featured now are tunes recorded by the new sensation, Diana Krall. Joining Shirley for this post Valentine's Day treat will be special Guest Artist Lydia DeSandberg (if you saw her in the starring role of Annie Get Your Gun at the Woodlands, you'll know just how great a treat this is), plus Clyde Pound on piano and three other musicians/rhythm section. All in all, a musical evening not to be missed. Coronado Center seating is obviously limited, so be sure to get your tickets early.
