The HS/HSV Symphony Guild is offering a training session for its Board members and volunteers on how to use various parts of the Wild Apricot Membership Management software to manage membership information, events, and member communications. Several other organizations within the Village also use the system so the Guild is opening the training up to volunteers from other organizations so that we all may benefit from a broader experience base.
This is planned to be a 2 hour course with additional time for questions or perhaps a deeper dive into individual topics with a smaller group. Topics include:

- The contact database
- The membership database and and renewals
- Event management: event creation, announcements, registrations, and waiting lists
- E-blasts and newsletters
- Financial reports
- Website management
We will have laptops for 12 students and we will be using a training database. If you have a laptop that you would prefer to use, you may bring it.
