The Hot Springs/Hot Springs Village Symphony Guild will present “Historical Moments from America's 250 Years -- Jubilation Jazz in Concert Honoring Veterans & America at 250” on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Christ of the Hills United Methodist Church, 700 Balearic Rd, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909. Tickets are only $10 and are available by registering for the event on the Symphony Guild’s website or you may pay at the door.

This special patriotic event commemorates both Veterans Day and the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The combined observance creates an especially meaningful opportunity to honor military service while celebrating America’s history, ideals and civic traditions through live music.

Audiences are in for much more than a traditional concert. Jubilation Jazz describes Historical Moments from America’s 250 Years as musical theatre — a full experience in which big-band music, American history, stories, humor and heart are woven throughout the performance. Rather than presenting a succession of patriotic selections, the production uses music as the foundation for a larger theatrical journey through the people and defining moments that have shaped the United States.

Jubilation Jazz has already performed Historical Moments from America’s 250 Years seven times this year, receiving an enthusiastic response from audiences. The production has brought listeners to their feet, moved audience members to tears and inspired many to remain afterward to share how deeply the performance affected them.
